PENGARUH PENEMPATAN KARYAWAN DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Kasus Karyawan Pada PT.First Resources Group Kubang Raya Pekanbaru)

Abstract


This study aims to determine employee placement and work discipline on satisfaction (empirical study of employees at PT First Resources Group Kubang Raya Pekanbaru). The independent variables are employee placement (X1) and work discipline (X2). While the variable is employee job satisfaction (Y). In this research, the method used is descriptive quantitative analysis with SPSS program. The population in this study were permanent employees who found 70 people, with the sample technique used, namely census/total sampling. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, types and sources of data using primary data and secondary data, collecting data using a Likert scale. From the data analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, and significance test with t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous). The results of this study indicate that the results of the first t test hypothesis testing, employee placement on employee job satisfaction, namely t count (22,976) > t table (1,667) meaning that employee placement has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The two work disciplines on employee job satisfaction are t count (21.382) > t table (1.667) meaning that work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of testing employee placement and work discipline have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, namely the f-test (310,866) > (3.13) meaning that employee placement and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
