Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga Terhadap Kesepian (Lonelinnes) Pada Lansia

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support with the level of loneliness in the elderly. This study used a cross sectional correlation approach. This study was conducted on 75 elderly people taken by using cluster sampling technique. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire with 31 questions which have tested the validity and reliability (r=0,855). The results showed p value=0,001 which means that there is a significant association between family support with the level of loneliness in the elderly. This research the recommended the families to increase a support system for the erderly to reduce the level of loneliness.
