GAMBARAN SELF EFFICACY MAHASISWA PROFESI KEPERAWATAN UNRI TERHADAP KOMPETENSI SELAMA PEMBELAJARAN DARING

Abstract


Nursing professional education is the process of students becoming professional nurses. Students must have selfefficacy to achieve goals and face future challenges. This study aims to describe the self-efficacy of nursing profession students towards competence during online learning. This study used a descriptive design with a sample of 104 respondents who were taken using a total sampling technique. The analysis used is univariate analysis. The majority of respondents are 23 years old (69.2%), the gender of the majority are women as many as 92 students (88.5%), employment status is not yet working 102 people (98.1%), additional learning methods are discussions with friends as many as 72 students (27.9%) . The results showed that 63 students (60.6%) had moderate efficacy at the KMB/KGD stage, 32 students (62.7%) at the maternity stage, 27 students (52.9%) at the pediatric nursing stage. The efficacy of the high level dimension is that there are 53 students (51%) at the KMB/KGD stage, 27 students (52.9%) at the maternity stage, 31 students (60.8%) at the pediatric nursing stage. The efficacy of the medium strength dimension is that there are 52 students (50%) at the KMB/KGD stage, 27 students (52.9%) at the maternity stage, 28 students (54.9%) at the pediatric nursing stage. The efficacy of the generality dimension is high, namely there are 64 students (61.5%) at the KMB/KGD stage, 27 students (52.9%) at the maternity stage, 29 students (56.9%) at the pediatric nursing stage. The majority of students have moderate self-efficacy during online nursing professional practice.
