Abstract

Positive perceptions and attitudes need to be instilled in the nurse's mind to be more caring and responsible when dealing with psychiatric patients. The differences of working environment will affect perceptions in which nurses in the mental health environment are able to have more negative perceptions and attitudes than other nurses. This study aims to determine the description of perceptions and attitudes of psychiatric-mental health nurses to patients with mental disorders in the inpatient unit.
