GUEST FEEDBACK ON DELUXE ROOM FACILITIES AT PANGERAN BEACH HOTEL PADANG
Abstract
Hotel is one of the companies engaged in services. The hotel provides facilities, lodging services, food and drinks provided to guests who pay at a reasonable price and in accordance with the facilities and services received by guests. The hotel is engaged in services that provide room accommodation. Each hotel has several types of rooms. The rooms provided are provided with facilities based on the type of room. One type of room that many guests take at this hotel is the deluxe room type. The deluxe room type at this hotel is one of the most preferred room types because the price is still affordable. From the room facilities provided there will be feedback from guests. Therefore, room facilities in the deluxe room type must also be considered. The purpose of this study was to determine guest responses to room facilities. This research was conducted at Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang, precisely on Jl. Ir. H. Juanda No. 79, Padang City. This study uses quantitative methods by collecting data and information in the field by distributing questionnaires, and processing documentation to achieve the final goal. From the results of the study, it was concluded that from guest feedback about the room facilities provided, it could be used as an improvement and development of the hotel.
