Abstract


 

This research was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Air Molek with problems in research, namely the low morale of employees. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of placement and compensation on employee morale partially and simultaneously. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool which was distributed to 50 respondents to all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Air Molek.

The data was then processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using SPSS by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing with t-test (partial) and F (simultaneous).

The results showed that the first hypothesis tester of work placement on employee morale was tcount (5,261) > ttable (2,011) meaning that the application of work had a significant effect on employee morale. Second, compensation for employee morale is tcount (4,981) > ttable (2,011), meaning that compensation has a significant effect on employee morale. The results of the Fcount test (24,611) > Ftable (3.20), meaning that work placement and compensation have a significant effect on employee morale.
