APLIKASI GAME THEORY DALAM STUDI KASUS PELANGGARAN KESEPAKATAN NUKLIR IRAN OLEH AMERIKA SERIKAT

Abstract


This study was analyzed with the aim of knowing the nuclear agreement between Iran by the United States which had been violated by applying it to Game Theory. The Iran Nuclear Agreement that has been violated is the unilateral withdrawal of the United States from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) nuclear deal. Game theory has a basic assumption that every actor in the international world always acts as a game whose every action is based on rationality and logic and has logic to get as much profit as possible and minimize or even minimize the existing losses, each actor in his actions always takes the same action. he gives the actor the most benefit.

This study uses a qualitative method, with data collection techniques through literature study sourced from several books, journals, final assignments, documents and websites. This study uses the perspective of Neorealism and Game Theory.

 The results of this paper Reflect the current state of the relationship that both players can change their approach through negotiation or agreement. Through, analysis in terms of states presented as players, actions available to players, sequences of player actions, condition and preferences of player information, and interaction outcomes.
