PELAKSANAAN PERATURAN MENTERI PERHUBUNGAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA MENGENAI INFRASTRUKTUR TRANSPORTASI ANGKUTAN UMUM (BIDANG HALTE) KOTA PEKANBARU TAHUN 2018

Abstract

The Pekanbaru Trans Metro Stop is a very important supporting facility to make public mass transportation tools such as Trans Metro Pekanbaru run well. Implementation of The Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 10 of 2012 concerning Minimum Service Standards of Road-Based Mass Transit in Pekanbaru City becomes the basis for the supporting facilities of The Trans Metro Pekanbaru stop based on several articles in the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number 10 of 2012  regarding the Minimum Service Standards of Road-Based Mass Transit in the article has the aim to make the community of Trans Metro Pekanbaru users, especially the Trans Metro Pekanbaru stop becomes; Safe, Comfortable and Organized.

The research approach used is Qualitative Research. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. The location of this research is at UPTD PAP Pekanbaru City Transportation Office and Pekanbaru City DPRD, especially commission 4 in infrastructure. Data collection techniques by means of Observation, Interview and documentation study. Data analysis techniques by means of data reduction, data presentation and data verification.

The results of the study showed that the implementation of Road-Based Mass Transit Minimum Service to Trans Metro Pekanbaru especially the Trans Metro Pekanbaru stop has not run in accordance with several articles in the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 10 of 2012 concerning Minimum Service Standards of Road-Based Mass Transit.
