KUALITAS PELAYANAN WAITERS PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI WHERE’S THE FOOD RESTAURANT FOX HOTEL PEKANBARU

Abstract


This research entitles The Quality Of The Waiters Service During the Covid-19 Pandemic at Where’s The Food Restaurant Fox Hotel Pekanbaru. This research aims to determine the Service Quality of Waiters during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Where’s The Food Restaurant Fox Hotel Pekanbaru. Besides, this research aims to know the quality service of waiters at the Where’s The Food Restaurant Fox Hotel Pekanbaru. This research is a quantitative study using a descriptive approach that describes and explains the situation by collecting data and information in the field. The samples used in this study were 100 people. This research was conducted at the Where’s The Food Restaurant Fox Hotel Pekanbaru for four months, starting from January - April 2021. The key informants in this study were 1 of Food and Beverage Service Manager of Fox Hotel Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of this study, the Quality of Service Waiters During Pandemic Covid-19 at Where’s The Food Restaurant Fox Hotel Pekanbaru is good in everything that refers to the use of grand theory. This evidence by the score results from the responses of visitors who have visited the Where’s The Food Restaurant Fox Hotel Pekanbaru in 2020 with good scores.
