IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PEMERINTAH KOTA PEKANBARU TERHADAP IZIN USAHA LAUNDRY DI KECAMATAN TAMPAN TAHUN 2018

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the implementation of Pekanbaru City Government Policy on laundry business in Tampan District. (2) find out the response of the Pekanbaru City Government to the laundry business that does not have a permit in Tampan District. This study uses a qualitative approach.

The results showed that the implementation of policies for the laundry business in Pekanbaru City, especially Tampan District, was still not optimal due to several factors including the communication that occurred between the Pekanbaru City Environment and Hygiene Service and the Pekanbaru City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office. The Pekanbaru City Environment and Hygiene Service which only supervises hotels or inns, industry, hospitals, workshops, etc., for laundry itself has never been supervised at all this is due to the limited number of members owned by the Pekanbaru City Environment and Hygiene Service, especially the Law Enforcement Section Environment
