PENGEMBANGAN KOMIK SEBAGAI MEDIA LITERASI EDUKASI SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR TEMA BENCANA KEBAKARAN HUTAN DAN LAHAN (KARHUTLA)

Abstract


Abstract: This study aims to find out the comparison of student difficulties. This study aims to develop comics as a literacy media for elementary school students with the theme of appropriate forest and land fires (KARHUTLA). This research is a type of research and development that refers to the ADDIE development model carried out at SD Negeri 013 Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan Regency in January 2022. This research was carried out with the stages of the ADDIE model consisting of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In this study, researchers only carried out up to the development stage. The developed media is tested for feasibility with validation by language, design, and content experts. After validation, a limited trial was carried out with 13 students as the subject. The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire. The results showed that the validation of linguists obtained an average score of 3.29 which was included in the very good category. The results of the validation of the design experts obtained an average score of 3.33 which was included in the very good category. The results of the content expert validation obtained an average score of 3.64 which was included in the very good category. The results of the limited test obtained an average score of 3.53 which was included in the very good category. Based on the results of these trials, comics media are suitable to be used as media for educational literacy for elementary school students.
