PENGARUH TEKNIK REINFORCEMENT, EXTENCTION DAN PUNISHMENT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN DISIPLIN BELAJAR SISWA SMK NEGERI 4 PEKANBARU MELALUI BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK

Abstract

Abstract: Discipline of learning is a mental attitude to obey rules and regulations. The way to improve student learning discipline is to use Reinforcement, Extenction and Punishment techniques through Group Guidance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of positive techniques of reinforcement, extinction and punishment on student learning discipline. This research method is an experiment using a one group pretest-posttest approach, the subjects in this study were 8 students who were taken by purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used in this research is the learning discipline scale. The results showed that there was an effect of positive reinforcement, extinction and punishment techniques on increasing student learning discipline by 66% while 34% was influenced by other factors that came from within the student and from the student's environment.
