Abstract


Abstract: This research is based on the problems that arise in the school environment related to bullying that often occurs between students. The formulation of the problem in this research is How Teachers' Perception of the Application of Article 80 Ayat (1) UU No. 35 Tahun 2014 in Preventing Bullying Actions of Students of SMP IT Aziziyyah Pekanbaru. The research objective was to determine the Teacher's Perception of the Application of Article 80 Ayat (1) UU No. 35 Tahun 2014 in Preventing Bullying Actions of SMP IT Aziziyyah Pekanbaru. This research method is descriptive quantitative, the data collection instrument used in the study is a questionnaire consisting of 26 questions with 5 indicators. The population in this study were 17 teachers of SMP IT Aziziyyah Pekanbaru. The sample in this study was taken using total sampling technique. Based on the results of research conducted under the title "Teachers' Perceptions of the Application of Article 80 Ayat (1) UU No. 35 Tahun 2014 In Preventing Bullying Actions of SMP IT Aziziyyah Pekanbaru Students So it can be concluded that: Teacher's Perception of the Application of Article 80 Ayat (1) UU No. 35 Tahun 2014 in Preventing Bullying Actions of SMP IT Aziziyyah Pekanbaru students are in the Very Good category, meaning that the school has implemented maximum prevention. Because most of the teachers perceive the school has actually implemented bullying prevention measures. This is evidenced by those who answered Very Often at 89.57% where the Very Good range was at 84.01% - 100%. Recommendations in this study are for schools which are places to prevent bullying behavior in order to prevent it as early as possible so that bullying does not occur in the school environment. And it is hoped that future researchers can become a reference for further research in an effort to achieve mutual prosperity.
