Abstract


Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this study is how good is interpersonal communication within the family, How high is adolescent learning motivation, Is there a relationship between interpersonal communication with adolescent learning motivation, Is there an impact of interpersonal communication in families on adolescent learning motivation in Dusun II Desa Pulau Tinggi Kampar District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The benefits of this research are to find out and analyze interpersonal communication within the family, to find out and analyze adolescent learning motivation, to know and analyze the level of interpersonal communication relationships in the family with adolescent learning motivation and to know and analyze the impact of interpersonal communication in the family on adolescent learning motivation in Hamlet II Desa Pulau Tinggi Kecivitas Kampar Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 85 people. Sampling in this study using simple random sampling. Sampling in this study using simple random sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire. adolescent learning motivation consists of 38 statements and interpersonal communication in the family consists of 40. Teenage learning motivation is measured by indicators: (1) There is a desire and desire to succeed (2) there is encouragement and needs in learning (3) there are hopes and ideals of the future front (4) the existence of awards in learning (5) the existence of interesting activities in learning (6) the existence of a conducive learning environment. While interpersonal communication within the family is measured by indicators of openness, empathy, support, positive feelings and equality. Based on the descriptive analysis obtained the level of interpersonal communication in families in Hamlet II, Pulau Tinggi Village, Kampar, Kampar Regency, Riau Province, 4.37 with a high interpretation. Based on the Pearson correlation test the product moment between learning motivation and interpersonal communication has a Pearson correlation value of 0.462 and Sig (2-tailed) 0.00. Furthermore, based on inferential analysis, the effect of interpersonal communication on learning motivation of adolescents in Hamlet II, Pulau Tinggi Village, Kampar District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province is low at 4.2%, which means there are still 95.8% determined by other factors not part of the study. this.
