Abstract


Abstract: This research aims to know how to implement Citizenship Education for students disabled in SMALB Negeri Indragiri Hulu. This study uses a qualitative approach. As for the informant researched using the technique snowbowling is the principal of the SLB Negeri Indragiri Hulu, the curriculum field, the head of administration, the teacher of class disabled SMALB, and students disabled SMALB. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the results of the research done, it can be concluded that for the implementation of the Learning of Citizenship Education students in SMALB Negeri Indragiri Hulu which starts from the planning, implementation, Until the evaluation is still not running smoothly and is subject to the reasons for lack of the school's preparation in applying the curriculum to the learning process.
