Abstract


Abstract : The problem in this research is "the effect of deep jump training on leg muscle strength on the volleyball team of SMAN 10 pekanbaru?" So that athletes in the future can perform and play much better and especially after research and find out if there is an increase in the ability of the athlete's leg muscle strength in volleyball games to balance the game of the opponent and to achieve maximum results in the future. to achieve. The shape of this research is (by using the only group pretest post-test design approach) with the population of SMAN 10 pekanbaru volleyball men's teams. the data in this research were all populations of 10 people. The instrument used in this research used the Jump MD test, which aims to determine the effect of the deep jump training on the muscle strength of the limbs on the weekend 10 volleyball for men from high school. The data were then processed with statistics to test normality using the lilifours test at a significant level of 0.05 α. The proposed hypothesis is the effect of deep jump training on leg muscle strength on the men's volleyball team at Pekanbaru 10. Based on the normal test analysis, the data produce X Lhitung of 0.1675 and Ltable of 0.258, which means Lhitung < Ltable. while the Y variable Lhitung of 0.1689 and Ltable of 0.258 produces. This means Lhitung < LTable. On the basis of the analysis of statistical data, there are average variables X 45.8 and the average variable Y is 49.3, after which the data is distributed normally. Based on the above analysis analysis test, the hypothesis test in the depth jump data exercise is 7.44 > 1.833 Calculate > data table. For example, there is the effect of deep rocker training on leg muscle strength on the volleyball team at SMAN 10 pekanbaru.
