Abstract


Abstract : This research is motivated by the lack of variations in approaches and learning methods used by teachers in Indonesian language learning, so that they can be used properly and have a positive impact on learning, the approaches and methods must be tested for their suitability. The purpose of this study is to describe the level of suitability of various scientific approaches and methods towards learning outcomes in learning Indonesian in class XI of SMAN 2 Tebing Tinggi. This research is a qualitative research conducted to obtain data that is in accordance with rational methods. This study has 184 Populations and 122 Samples. In collecting data, this study uses an objective or multiple choice instrument that is tested on the sample after learning with the approaches and learning methods studied. The results of the study when carried out the analysis there is very good compatibility between the scientific approach used with each method of learning applied. The positive results of student learning lie in the ability to achieve KKM scores and meet the class's success standards, which are at least eighty-five percent.
