KEPUASAN KERJA TUTOR LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN NONFORMAL DI KECAMATAN RUMBAI PESISIR KOTA PEKANBARU
Abstract
Abstract: This study aims to determine the level job statisfaction of non fomal educational institutes in Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru, the most dominant aspects of job statisfaction of non fomal educational institutes in Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru and variation of job statisfaction of non fomal educational institutes in Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru are based on age, education and gender. The type of research used in this research is descriptive inferential research with my approach. The population used in this study is all non formal education institution tutors in Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru which amounted to 37 people. The sampling technique in this research used probability sampling technique of random type using slovin formula so that the number of research samples are 34 tutors. The instrument in this study is a questionnaire containing statements about the tutor’s job statisfaction of non fomal educational institutes in Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. Questionnaire variable instrument using likert scale consisting of five answer options. From the findings of the research, it is known that statisfaction of non fomal educational tutor’s in Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru is high seen from the mean and standar deviation of the average indicator of research. Furthermore, seen from the most dominant aspect is the indicator of achieving work with a mean of 4,15 and standar deviation of 0,48 from the average indicator of research. The results of Anova analysis of the variation of job satisfaction of non fomal educational institutes in Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru are based on age, education and gender can be known in the absence of variation.
