Abstract


As technology progresses, more and more crimes are growing, especially
in the world of the Internet. The development of information technology has also
led to a significant social, economic and cultural change. Crime action piracy of
people's work increases. Research with the title "Criminal liability of Internet
users in the membroadcast of live streaming services (live) films illegal through
social media accounts, having the first issue problem, how the criminal act In
Membroadcast the live streaming services (live) movies illegally through social
media accounts. Secondly, how is criminal liability of Internet users in the
membroadcast of the movie Live streaming services (live) illegally through social
media accounts. Third, how law enforcement of Internet users in the
membroadcast of the movie Live streaming service (live) illegally through social
media accounts.
The purpose of writing this is: First, to know the form of a criminal act in
membroadcast the live streaming services (live) film illegally through social
media accounts. Secondly, to know the criminal liability of Internet users in the
membroadcast of live streaming services (live) movies illegally through social
media accounts. Thirdly, to know how law enforcement against Internet users in
Membroadcast live streaming services (live broadcasts) movies illegally through
social media accounts.
This type of research is normative legal research or can be called legal
research which is a legal research called Library Research, from the results of
research issues There are three main things concluded, firstly, in the case of a
criminal offence in Membroadcast of Live streaming services (Live) Illegal films
through social media accounts are shown to meet the criminal act, i.e. mistakes
and deliberate. Secondly, regarding accountability if the perpetrator has been
shown to commit a criminal offence, can be held liable in accordance with Article
48 paragraph (1) of LAW No. 19 of 2016 for a change in LAW No. 11 of 2008 on
electronic information and transactions. Third, prevention and repressive law
enforcement (prevention).
