EFEKTIVITAS PENERAPAN PIDANA MATI TERHADAP PELAKU TINDAK PIDANA KORUPSI DI INDONESIA BERDASARKAN UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 20 TAHUN 2001 TENTANG PEMBERANTASAN TINDAK PIDANA KORUPSI

Abstract
