Abstract


This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, organizational culture and employee commitment variables on the performance of PT Rigunas Agri Utama employees with a sample of 171 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Science) version 20. Based on the test the hypothesis is carried out, the results of the study show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on performance. Work discipline, organizational culture and employee commitment have a significant effect on performance.
