Abstract


The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work compensation and work discipline on job satisfaction of nurses, to determine the effect of work compensation and work discipline on nurse performance, to determine the effect of job satisfaction on nurses performance, and to determine the effect of work compensation and work discipline on nurses performance. through the job satisfaction of nurses at Eria Bunda Hospital. The population in this study was the Nurse at Eria Bunda Hospital. The sampling method used in this study was saturated sample method, with total sample 104 nurses. Data analysis used the path analysis method with the help of the SmartPLS Version 3.0 program. The results show that there is an effect of compensation on job satisfaction, there is no effect of work discipline on job satisfaction of nurses, there is an effect of compensation on job satisfaction of nurses, there is an effect of compensation on job satisfaction of nurses, there is an effect of job satisfaction on nurse performance, there is an effect of compensation on performance through job satisfaction of nurses and there is no effect of work discipline on performance through job satisfaction of nurses at RSIA Eria Bunda Pakanbaru.
