PENGARUH HUMAN CAPITAL TERHADAP KINERJA ORGANISASI DENGAN INOVASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI PADA IKM ROTI DI KOTA PEKANBARU

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of human capital on organizational performance with innovation as a mediating variable at IKM Roti in Pekanbaru City. The sample in this study included 72 Bread IKM with the requirements, a minimum length of business of 1 year and producing bread and the like in Pekanbaru City. Sampling in this study using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. Hypothesis testing in this study used SEM-PLS analysis with the help of the WarpPLS 6.0 software program. The results showed that: 1) Human capital has a positive and significant effect on the performance of bread SMEs in Pekanbaru City, 2) Human capital has a positive and significant effect on innovation, 3) Innovation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of bread SMEs in Pekanbaru City, 4) Variables innovation can mediate the indirect relationship of human capital to the performance of bread SMEs in Pekanbaru City.
