Abstract


This study aims to examine the effect of seniority, work discipline, complementary allowances on PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this study included employees of the staff of PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas in 2019 as many as 266 people. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique for this study used the Slovin formula method (93 employees of the staff of PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas in 2019). The results showed that 1) seniority, work discipline, and complementary allowances had a significant effect on employee performance, 2) seniority had a significant effect on employee performance, 3) work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance, 4) fringe benefits had a significant effect on employee performance. employee performance at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas.
