PENGARUH HARD SKILL DAN SOFT SKILL TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA MAHASISWA FAKULTAS EKONOMI DAN BISNIS UNIVERSITAS RIAU (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Riau)

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Hard Skill and Soft Skill on Work Readiness on Management Departement’s Students Faculty of Economic and Business Riau University. The population of study was Management Departement’s Students of 2015 class whose registered as active students on Faculty of Economic and Business Riau University with total 308 people and the samples were 75 people, it’s based on Slovin formula. Multiple linear regression with SPPS version 23 was used as methods of data analysis. The results of this study can be concluded that the Hard Skill and Soft Skill variables partially or simultaneously had a significant effect on Work Readiness.
