Abstract


This study aims to determine the comparative analysis of the factors that affect the performance of employees of BUMDES in Singingi Hilir, Kuantan Singingi Regency. In this study, there are 4 variables, namely Innovation (X1), Social Capital (X2), Supervision (X3), and Employee Performance (Y). The population was employees of three BUMDES in Singingi Hilir. The samples were carried out by using the total sampling technique method. To collect the data, this study used interviews and questionnaires to the respondents. Meanwhile, in terms of data analysis, this study used descriptive, quantitative and comparative analysis, multiple regression to produce instrument tests, classical assumptions and proving hypothesis testing, by using the SPSS program. The results showed that: 1). The three BUMDES of Singingi Hilir produced employees performance and innovation variables which have been implemented very well, while the social capital and supervision variables have been implemented properly, there is also the performance of each BUMDES in Singingi Hilir District, where the variables are innovation, social capital, supervision. The highest performance is in BUMDES Amanah Sejahtera Sungai Buluh Village, 2). The variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance is the variable of supervision.
