PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN PUBLIK TERHADAP TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN DI PUSKESMAS BUNGARAYA

Abstract


This study aims to examine the effect of the quality of public health services on the level of patient satisfaction at the Puskesmas Bungaraya. The population in this study included all patients seeking treatment at the Puskesmas Bungaraya, totaling 16,459 people. Primary data was collected by using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is the purposive sampling method (390 patients who seek treatment at the Bungaraya Health Center). The results showed that the quality of public health services had a significant effect on the level of patient satisfaction at the Puskesmas Bungaraya. The effect of service quality on the satisfaction level of patients seeking treatment at the Puskesmas Bungaraya is 57.3%. While the remaining 42.7% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this regression model.
