ANALISIS PENGARUH INVESTASI, UNIT USAHA DAN TENAGA KERJA TERHADAP NILAI PRODUKSI PADA SEKTOR INDUSTRI PERCETAKAN DI KOTA PEKANBARU

Abstract

This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City against the printing industry players in Pekanbaru City. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of investment factors, business units and labor on the value of production in the printing industry sector in Pekanbaru City.This study uses primary and secondary data with a total sample of 54 respondents. The method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with multiple Linear Regression analysis techniques version 24. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, the simultaneous regression test (Test F) shows that all the independent variables studied have a significant effect on the Production Value variable. Partial regression test (t test) shows that the investment variables, business units and labor have a positive and significant effect on production value. The investment variable is the dominant variable affecting the value of production in the printing industry sector in the city of Pekanbaru by having a Beta coefficient standard of 0.564, t count of 4.491> t table 2.008 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.
