Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, gross domestic product (GDP) and profit sharing on non-performing finance (NPF) at Bank Muamalat in Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative methods of comparative type. This research was conducted in Pekanbaru using rational data obtained from the official website of Bank Muamlaat Indonesia Tbk. The data collection technique used is secondary data, namely documentation. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that inflation and GDP have a negative and significant effect on NPF at Bank Muamalat Indonesia in 2004-2020), while profit sharing has a positive and significant effect on NPF. Simultaneously the variables of inflation, GDP and profit sharing both have an effect on the NPF at Bank Muamalat Indonesia in 2004-2020).
