ANALISIS BEBAN KERJA FISIK DAN TINGKAT KELELAHAN KERJA SECARA ERGONOMIS PADA KARYAWAN PT HUTAHAEAN PERKEBUNAN DAN PABRIK TAPIOKA WILAYAH TAPANULI

Abstract


The human body is designed to be able to carry out daily work activities, the heavier the workload, the shorter a person's working time will be to work without fatigue and significant physiological disturbances or vice versa. This study aims to determine the level of physical workload and the level of fatigue experienced by employees of PT Hutahaean Plantation and Tapioca Factory in the Tapanuli Region. The population in this study includes all employees of the factory, transport, and BPP. Sampling technique using the census method, the sample of this study amounted to 52 people.Physical workload was measured based on the number of calories expended by employees while working, while the level of fatigue was measured using a Subjective Self Test Rating questionnaire from the Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC) of Japan. From the results of the calculation of the workload based on the level of calorie needs from employee activities, it is in the category of moderate physical workload, namely 201.39 kcal/hour. While the results of the IFRC questionnaire employees are in the category of low work fatigue with an average score of 21.13.
