PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KAYAWAN DI PT. CAPELLA DINAMIK NUSANTARA PEKANBARU

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusatara Pekanbaru. The puspose of the study was determine the effect of motivation and dicipline work partially or simultaneously on employee perfomance at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Pekanbaru. This reseacrh was conducted using the cencus method on 55 employees who were sampled. The research variables used are work motivation and word dicipline as independent variables and performance as the dependent variable. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23 for windows. The result of this study conclude that the variables of work motivation work dicipline partially or simultan have a significant effect on performance, the calculation of the determination coefficient (R2) is 0,609, meaning that the percentage of the influence of motivation and dicipline work on employee performance is by 60,9%. While the remaining 39,1% is influenced by other variables not included in this regression model.
