PENGARUH KEMITRAAN DAN PEMBERDAYAAN KARYAWAN TERHADAP LEAN SERVICE PERFORMANCE PADA RUMAH SAKIT PRIMA PEKANBARU

Abstract


In line with the increase in the number of hospitals, the level of competition for hospital service is also increasing. Coupled with the higher standards of public demand for health services. In overcoming these problems, hospitals must have the right strategy in order to realize the expectations of the community. This study aims to determine the effect of partnership and employee empowerment on lean service performance at the Prima Hospital Pekanbaru. The sample in this study were employees at the Prima Hospital Pekanbaru, which amounted to 36 respondents. Primary data were collected using a likert scale questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study, using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study show that, 1. Partnerships have a positive effect on lean service performance, 2. Employee Empowerment has a positive effect on lean service performance, 3. Partnership and Employee Empowerment together have a positive effect on lean service performance.
