Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication, non phsical work environment, and work discipline on employee performane of general staff at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. The population in this study included all employees of the general staff at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province the general staff at Arifin Achmad Hospital Riau Province, totaling 111 people. Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study is using partial multiple regression analysis using SPSS. The sample technique used is a saturated sampling technique (111 employee of general staff of Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province). The results showed that : 1) There is a positive and significant effect of communication on the performance of the employees of general staff at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province.2) There is a positive and significant effect of Non-Physical Work Environment on the performance of the employees of general staff at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. 3) There is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on the performance of the employees of general staff at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. 4) communication variables, non physical work environment, and work discipline have a simultaneous effecton the employee performane of general staff at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province.
