PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN PENGAWASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. TELKOM INDONESIA (PERSERO) TBK WILAYAH TELEKOMUNIKASI RIAU DARATAN DI PEKANBARU
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work supervision on employee performance at PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Wilayah Telekomunikasi Riau at Daratan Pekanbaru. The population in this study amounted to 125 people. Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, and to test the hypothesis in this study was to use multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is the Slovin technique (56 employees at PT. Telkomi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Wilayah Telekomunikasi Riau Daratan at Pekanbaru. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence between motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Wilayah Telekomunikasi Riau Daratan at Pekanbaru. 2) there is a positive and significant influence between work supervision on the performance of employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Wilayah Telekomunikasi Riau Daratan at Pekanbaru.
