ANALISIS EFISIENSI PENGGUNAAN FAKTOR PRODUKSI PADA INDUSTRI STUDIO FOTO DI KOTA PEKANBARU

Abstract

This research purposed for knowing technical efficiency, price efficiency and economic efficiency of the photo studio industry in the city of Pekanbaru. The data used are secondary and primary data. This secondary data was sourced from the Department of Industry and Trade of the City of Pekanbaru, while the primary data was obtained from as questionaire conducted through interviews with 9 respondents of the photo studio industry in the City of Pekanbaru. This research used descriptive quantitative methods through the analysis of cobb-douglass production function with the application of stochastic frontier production function and return to scale. Data processing using SPSS application version 24.0.the variables used are capital and labor in the photo studio industry in Pekanbaru City. The result showed that the variables capital and labor had a significant effect on photo studio production. Technical efficiency is 0.991719000, price efficiency is 164.9497, and economic efficiency is 164.5837. While the Return To Scale value is 2.768, it means that the photo studio industry in Pekanbaru City is exsperiences a increasing return to scale. With an economic efficiency value greater than wan means that the efficiency of the use of production factors has not been achieved. So that the addition of production factors will result in a large proportion of the addition.
