PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA NON FISIK, BEBAN KERJA, KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA CV. RANGGA BETON PEKANBARU

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-physical work environment, workload, occupational safety and health (K3) on employee performance at CV. Rangga Beton Pekanbaru. The population in this study were employees of CV. Rangga Beton Pekanbaru in 2020 as many as 86 employees. The sample taken is all employees or the entire population that is used as a sample in this study, namely 60 field employees from 86 employees using the census method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the physical work environment had a significant effect on employee performance, workload had a significant effect on employee performance, occupational safety and health had a significant effect on employee performance, and the non-physical work environment, workload and occupational safety and health simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. CV. Rangga Beton Pekanbaru and the magnitude of the influence of the non-physical work environment, workload and occupational safety and health are 72.2% while the remaining 27.8 is influenced by other variables not studied.
